Sessions

1-1 coaching & mentoring

Perhaps you need insight or feedback on a certain issue at work. Maybe you’re experiencing high stress levels. Or, you’re just deeply affected by the state of the world, and you want someone to talk with who understands.

I provide a safe space and guidance to talk through what’s feeling difficult right now, so we can identify what your next steps are.

this is for:

  • Experienced leaders in purpose-led organisations

  • Professionals starting out with impact driven work

  • People who are still looking for a way to contribute

  • ”I have always loved my work, but I’d come to an impasse, struggling to find the best way to make a valuable contribution. The one-to-one sessions with Ania brought to the forefront where my priorities lie, including some issues I hadn’t realised were important to me – what a surprise! It helped me clarify the steps needed to meaningfully move forward.”

    — Mandi Stark, Director/Producer and Wildlife Filmmaker

  • ‘I was working for the right cause - a sustainable world - but somehow couldn’t find my place in that. It exhausted me. Ania helped me to be honest with myself, and see what was in the way. It was confronting, and then it brought relief. I was able to see where my own power lies.’

    - Colette van der Minne Transition Facilitator

  • “Ania showed deep interest with a quest for compassion and understanding. Our process fueled my strength to speak about racism to an important audience.”

    — Jérome Mottas, Product manager Ingka Group
